Don’t miss out in September
* Dubrovnik, Croatia, September 1st -12th – Chamber Music Festival. As summer draws to a close Dubrovnik hosts a series of chamber concerts featuring violinist Julian Rachlin and guests. The concerts take place in the spectacular Rector’s Palace, and attract a host of internationally renowned musicians.
* London, UK, September 4th – Liberty Festival 2010. An impressive festival in Trafalgar Square, highlighting the contribution of deaf and disabled people in London’s culture: Liberty Festival London 2010.
* Isle of Wight, UK, September 10th – 12th Bestival. A 3-day boutique music festival and party set at Robin Hill Country Park, known for its annual fancy dress competition, so make sure to dress correspondingly. It is kids-friendly, too.
* Munich, Germany, September 18th – October 4th – Oktoberfest. Mainly about downing vast quantities of beer and bratwurst, then behaving badly with your neighbors. Key requirements: Love beer, Love sausages, Love raucous singing, Love drunk Germans.
* Sitges, Spain, September 23rd – Santa Tecla Sitges. Santa Tecla Festivity in Honour of the Patron Saint of the City. Giants, typical, dances, devils, fireworks…
* Paris, France, 25th September – Techno Parade. What to expect? Absolute chaos. House, trance, techno & drum n bass. There are lots of nightclubs doing specials on the night and also plenty of after parties.
